What is a "Socium" e-ticket?
– The automated system of accounting and payment of travel (ASOOP), which has been implemented and has been operating since the end of 2021, so far in three communities (Stryyska, Grabovetsko-Dulibivska and Morshynska OTG).
Why do you need a "Socium" transport card?
- This is a plastic card with a contactless chip, thanks to which you can pay for travel in a cashless way in the city and suburban public transport of OTG, where ASOOP operates.
Is it possible to use the "Socium" transport card without a mobile application?
- Yes, this card can be used regardless of the presence of a mobile application. After entering the transport, the passenger scans the card on the validator, which automatically reads the required amount of funds for the trip to the specified settlement.
How to check the balance of funds on the card?
– When paying for a trip with the "Socium" transport card, the validator prints a paper ticket for each passenger, which contains information about the balance of unused funds for other trips.
Where you can top up the "Socium" transport card
- Each passenger can top up his "Socium" transport card at available EasyPay self-service payment terminals ("Tickets, travel" - "Socium" - enter "Card number" - deposit cash - top up the transport card with the required amount).
In which settlements can you buy a transport jacket?
– So far in Stryi at the "Teaching Book" store (39 Khmelnytskogo St.) and at the Stryi Bus Station AS-3 (Passage). The number of points will be constantly expanded.
How to issue a discounted "Socium" e-ticket?
- In order to receive a personalized social card "Socium", a resident must be in the registers of beneficiaries submitted to the operator by the social protection officer of the local OTG, as well as contact the nearest TsNAP and have with him: 1) a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (or an ID card), 2) an identification card code (certificate or code on the ID card) and 3) pension certificate (or a document confirming the status of a beneficiary).
Can another person use the discount passenger card?
- No, the discount card is personalized. If you try to use a card belonging to another owner, it will be confiscated by the driver, and the benefit will be canceled.
